Ace Handyman Services Fort Bend County

Once again (my 2nd time) Ace Handyman Services delivered!!The Craftsman Tod was excellent! This time I needed double curtain rods installed for 9 windows, a tool organizer installed in the garage, multiple heavy pictures hung & the HVAC air filter replaced in the attic. The time quote & the price quote were exactly what was expected! Thank you again! I will continue to use this service and recommend to my neighbors & friends!!!!

The quality of the work was good and the craftsman was very friendly. I had a couple drywall repairs and a brick repair. I was suppose to have my built in frame with lights removed from the ceiling and replaced with a new fixture. That part didn't happen. The craftsman said it would take two people. Before the visit I sent pics of what to be done and was told they would take care of it. So, it took five hours to do the other things and paid $$$$ but still not all the work done as requested. So disappointing.

I needed a ring doorbell installed, the challenge is I currently have no door bell or chime because my house was built in 1975 when intercoms were the mainstream. Not only did Ace provide guidance on finding the right size face plate to cover the 5"x7" space and it had to support the new Ring. Once Ace determined the intercom wires weren't hot we went to plan B to buy the rechargeable Ring unit. Tod installed the backplate and I was charged $75 for the trip and when I received the correct Ring, they were able to come back the next day and finish the job, the total cost was as quoted, $200, no $75 travel fee for coming back to finish the work. I've used Ace services twice and both times were great experiences, skilled and friendly people and reasonable costs. I highly recommend using them, I'm very happy!

We just moved into our home in Fulshear and we had ACE Handyman Services come to our home for several projects. Tod removed cabinets to prepare for the installation of a Murphy bed in our office. He then hung a banner rod in our exterior stucco and did troubleshooting of three ceiling fans and their switches. In addition, he checked our gutters and roof shingles to prepare for winter. We loved having a service that handles all of these different tasks and we felt their pricing fairly represented their value. We highly recommend ACE Handyman Services and look forward to working with Tod again once the Murphy bed is installed.

Bryan did a great job installing a exterior wall mounted flag staff, changing out batteries in our smoke detectors and lubricating our garage door wheels. He pointed out that the garage door wheels are somewhat misaligned, and we will follow up with a garage door company now that we know about this. Bryan is a real pro and was a pleasure to work with.
